Hermes Moving LLC participates in the Arbitration Shield Program, administered by Claims Service International, Inc. (CSI), Coral Springs, Florida — www.csipros.org. An Arbitration User Guide is provided to every customer at the time of pickup.
For a dispute involving loss of or damage to your household goods, or a dispute over the charges, of $10,000 or less, Hermes Moving LLC will submit to neutral, binding arbitration at your request.
Arbitration is decided by a neutral, independent third-party arbitrator, generally on written submissions, based on governing U.S. federal law. The program is designed to be faster and less costly than court.
Each party is responsible for its own expenses and, as set by the program, a share of the arbitrator’s fee and any filing fee.
