Do you require a big deposit?
Unlike broker operations that take large deposits and disappear, we keep deposits reasonable and transparent. Everything is spelled out in your written estimate before you commit.
Is my stuff insured?
Yes. Basic valuation coverage is included, and full valuation protection is available on request so your belongings are covered at their full value. We'll walk you through the options.
Do you provide packing materials?
We do. Blankets, pads, and shrink-wrap are included, and we offer full-service packing with professional materials for some rooms or your entire home.
How far in advance should I book?
Sooner is better, especially for weekends and month-end. That said, we handle last-minute moves whenever we have a crew and truck available — just reach out.
